Built in 1923 and lovingly preserved within our family for generations, this historic villa underwent a meticulous restoration starting in 2016, an ambitious project aimed at returning it to its original splendor while embracing the comforts of modern living.

While the villa was once in a state of disrepair, its charm and unparalleled location overlooking the Venetian Lagoon remained unchanged. Today, after years of meticulous work, Ca’ delle Contesse stands proudly restored. One of the most striking features is the modern glass cube added to the façade facing the lagoon, a bold architectural choice that blends seamlessly with the villa’s original lines, offering a captivating interplay of history and contemporary design.

The interiors reflect a commitment to excellence, showcasing furnishings from renowned Italian brands such as Riva1920, Davide Groppi, FIAM, and LAGO, alongside a curated selection of historic paintings and exquisite Murano glass artworks. The villa is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including centralized radiating ceilings for heating and cooling, solar panels, remote-controlled domotics, and an EV charger, ensuring sustainable comfort all year round.
